Shipping:

Each piece from the Glitch Limited Edition Series is created, packed, and shipped by the order. Because of this, shipping might take a little longer than big-brand operations. Please allow 7–14 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.

Once your order is on the way, you’ll get an email with tracking info so you can follow it right to your door.

Returns & Exchanges:

Made to order — no size exchanges

Every TagTeez item is made by the order. Because of this, we don’t accept
returns or exchanges for size or style changes. Please review the size chart
and product details before ordering.

Damaged / misprinted / wrong item

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or not as ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order # and clear photos. After review, we’ll replace it at no additional printing cost. Issues caused by low-resolution customer artwork may not qualify.

Undeliverable/ address issues:

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, you can have it reshipped after confirming the correct address; additional shipping costs apply. Please double-check your shipping info at checkout.

Lost in transit:

All orders include tracking. If your package appears stalled or lost beyond the estimated window, contact us with your order #. If the carrier confirms loss,
we’ll arrange a replacement at our discretion.

Refunds:

We don’t offer refunds for buyer’s remorse or for size changes on made-to-order products. Refunds for other situations (e.g., confirmed defects) are issued to the original payment method if approved.
